Why do I need to provide 12 months of bank statements?

For non-QM loans and self-employed borrowers, we assess income based on real cash flow rather than tax returns. 12 months of statements allows us to calculate the strongest possible average income to qualify you for higher loan amounts.

Is it safe to upload sensitive documents here?

Absolutely. Our document portal utilizes bank-level encryption (SSL) to ensure your data is secure. Your documents are viewable only by your dedicated funding manager and the specific underwriter assigned to your file.

Can I just email the documents instead?

For security and speed, uploading here is highly preferred. Email is not secure for sensitive financial data and file size limits often delay the process. This portal links directly to your underwriting file for immediate review.

What format should the files be in?

PDF is the standard requirement for all bank statements and legal documents. Images (JPEG/PNG) are often rejected by underwriting systems. Please ensure all pages are included in the PDF.
